When will my order be sent?
We aim to post your package by the next working day, but if you get your order in before 1pm between Monday-Friday we will try our best to post same day! Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be sent next working day. Please note this does not apply to handmade items (please check product's description)
Exceptions to this are our handmade gifts - please check the lead times in the product's descriptions for more details.

UK Express / 1st Class / Tracked 24 (1-2 working Days)
UK Next Day delivery - available on most of our items - this will appear in checkout
Europe Standard / Tracked (3-5 working Days)

I need my item quickly - will it arrive in time?
Please contact us before you order and we will see what we can do! We may be able to post your gift with a next day delivery service.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! You can enjoy a little bit of Wales wherever you are. You'll find the postage prices for your countries in most of the product descriptions.
We can also deliver gifts to a worldwide address for you, saving you a little money and hassle when buying for friends and family abroad.
Will I have to pay Customs fees?
If ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay Customs Duty, Excise Duty or Import VAT on top of the advertised purchase price. Unfortunately this is the customer's responsibility as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict them. You can read more about this here.
When are you open?
Our online shop is open all hours! Our customer service is available Monday-Friday between 9:30-5pm. Post is collected daily. We do not work or post on bank holidays and any other holidays will be posted in the banner at the top of the website.
Can I place my order via phone?
You can leave a voice message on 02920 099324 and we will get back to you if you'd rather place your order over the phone.
You can also send us an email with your order, delivery address and billing address and we can do it for you (do not include credit card information for security) and send you a secure link to pay online or take payment over the phone
How much is postage?
UK 'saver' postage is free if spending over £50. We use 2nd class / Tracked 48 for this option.
Our postage cost is worked out by the weight and size of the goods ordered. This can be reviewed before you complete the transaction during the checkout process. We have several services to choose from.
To keep postage at a minimum and save the environment - we sometimes reuse and recycle packaging. After all, its whats inside that counts!
Do you post to BFPO Addresses?
Yes, simply enter the British Forces Post Office address in the following format:
Address format
SERVICE NUMBER, RANK or TITLE, and NAME
UNIT or REGIMENT or HM SHIP
OPERATION (if deployed)
BFPO number (If you’re posting mail from outside the UK, write ‘GB’ after the BFPO number)
For family members start with:
NAME OF DEPENDANT C/O SERVICE NUMBER, RANK and NAME
For non-service personnel start with:
STAFF NUMBER (if available) NAME
Where is my item?
It is rare, but sometimes post will get lost in the mail. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 30 working days (rest of world) from the date of your dispatch email, please email us. We will then resend or refund your goods after opening a lost item claim with the postal service. Please let us know within 6 weeks of placing your order, or we may not be able to help and refund / resend your order.
My Item arrived damaged, what now?
Oh no! It is rare, but these things happen. Email becca@welshgiftshop.com a quick photo (to save you the effort and trouble posting it back to us) and we will replace it for you right away. Dim problem o gwbl!
How can I pay?
We except all major debit / credit cards through our secure payment gateway, shop pay, google pay or paypal. It is 100% secure and safe.
Do you offer Refunds?
I'm sure you will love your items, but if they don't quite fit the bill - rest assured - we have a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or refund.
Simply sent the goods back within within 30 days of receipt and include your proof of purchase. Contact me first for the return address.
Goods have to be in a saleable condition. Please ensure the item is unworn / unused, that all labels are still attached and that it is in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Paypal fees if you ordered incorrectly and wish to cancel right away (they don't refund us this part)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- DVDs if they are the wrong region, please check before purchasing.
- Items that have been worn / used
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
- Perishable items such as food
Unfortunately any delivery costs cannot be refunded.
