Supported Countries - Zero Extra Fees on Delivery (Pre-Paid)
If your delivery address is in one of the countries listed below, you will pay nothing on delivery. All local import taxes and customs duties are handled fully by us before your parcel arrives.
- Select European Countries: France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland
- United States & Territories: USA, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
- Non-EU European Destinations: Norway, Switzerland
What to expect: Your local mail carrier will deliver your parcel directly to your door or collection point without requesting any additional payment or handling fees.
Non-supported Countries - Standard Customs / DDU
For orders shipped to any country not listed above (including Belgium, Canada, Australia, Japan, etc.):
- Import duties, local VAT, or carrier administrative charges may be assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival.
- Any additional import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be collected by your local post office prior to final delivery.
