We have a no-quibble returns policy - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or refund.
Simply sent the goods back within within 30 days of receipt and include your proof of purchase.
Goods have to be in a saleable condition. Please ensure the item is unworn, that all labels are still attached and that it is in the original packaging.
We cannot refund bespoke items or handmade to order unless they are damaged on arrival or DVDs if they are the wrong region, please check before purchasing.
If you have supplied us with the incorrect or incomplete address I am afraid we cannot accept responsibility for a lost item.
Unfortunately any delivery or custom charges cannot be refunded.
