How much is postage?

UK saver postage is free over £50

You can review the delivery costs for each item in the postage tab in the product description. We also combine postage, so the more you buy, the more you save.

Postage is worked out by the weight and size of the goods ordered. This can be previewed before you complete the transaction during the checkout process. We have several services to choose from.

To keep postage at a minimum and save the environment - we sometimes reuse and recycle packaging. After all, its whats inside that counts!

If you need an item very quickly we may be able to send with a next day service, please get in touch with us before you order and we may be able to help!

When will my order be sent?

We aim to post your package by the next working day, but if you get your order in by 11am we will try our best to post same day!

Exceptions to this are our handmade gifts - please check the lead times in the product's descriptions for more details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! You can enjoy a little bit of Wales wherever you are. You'll find the postage prices for your country in most of the product descriptions.

We can also deliver gifts to a worldwide address for you, saving you a little money and hassle when buying for friends and family abroad.

Will I have to pay Customs fees?

If ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay Customs Duty, Excise Duty or Import VAT on top of the advertised purchase price. Unfortunately this is the customer's responsibility as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict them. You can read more about this here.
