A Little About the Maker…
Ben and Kelly bake these Welsh Cakes from their kitchen in Bancyfelin. They only use the best locally sourced ingredients including Welsh butter and free range eggs. We were shocked to find that so many Welsh Cakes still use battery / barn farmed hen eggs, so were so pleased to find these! They also happen to be the best Welsh Cakes we've ever tasted (and we've tasted quite a few!)
