THE PROJECT: Expanding Horizons was established as a follow-up to the Successful Horizons project with the aim of producing exciting, up-to-date and relevant material for learning First Welsh in secondary schools. GCSE requirements were kept in mind when compiling the material and the first books are intended for 14-16. Careful effort has been made to select themes that today's young people are interested in.
