• To use, unwrap and place the steamer on the shower floor, away from the drain but in the water stream. As it begins to fizz, the fragrance will rise with the steam to fill your shower with aromatherapy (not to be used in the bath)
• To Use: shake well. Mist 1-2 sprays over your pillow from about 30cm away. Allow a few moments for the mist to dry before lying down

Carmarthernshire has long been associated with potion making! According to Welsh folklore, The Physicians of Myddfai were a group of herbalists who lived in the parish of Myddfai. They can be traced back to the 13th century, when Rhiwallon and his three sons were doctors to Lord Rhys, the Prince of Deheubarth. However, their potions and practises may be even older and was probably an accumulation of knowledge from hundreds of years of herbal usage by the tribes and villages of South Wales.
