A sweet little vase in a beautiful blue and brown drip glaze

Ewenni Pottery is a historic Welsh pottery studio located near Bridgend, the sole survivor of a tradition dating back to the 19th century. They are known for simple forms and stand-out glazes, often producing unique, asymmetrical pieces with a handmade charm.

  • Features a mottled, inky blue glaze that runs down into a dark brown base glaze.
  • Bottom signed 'Ewenny Pottery' (note the different speling)
  • Made from local red earthenware clay and glazes, thriving on local resources.
  • Approximate measurements: 7cm widest, 8.5cm tall
