A very old Welsh language bible bound in black

  • Tros Y Feibl Gymdeithas Frytanaidd A Thramor - no date but looks to be early 19th century
  • Eyre & Spottiswoode - the 'Cyf' suffix is not present which suggest this is pre 1900 as they became a limited company in 1900. The Royal warrant also points to Queen Victoria and the latter half of the 19th century

Condition: fair: Child's scribbling in pencil to front pages and back - which though unfortunate - suggests it has been a family relic for several generations - they've also left the scripture itself untouched! Cover has scuffing and age related marks. It was a Sunday school gift dated 1921. Front has white marks.
